Effectiveness and Scope of Agreement

Welcome to Daily Face (hereinafter referred to as "this application" or "we"). This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you download, install, access, or use this application, as well as your rights regarding such information.

If you access third-party services (such as advertisements or search tools) through this application, their privacy protection measures shall be governed by their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the information processing practices of third parties. We recommend that you carefully review the third-party policies before use.

Governing Law

The establishment, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Mainland Region of the People's Republic of China (excluding all conflict of laws rules). If any provision of this Policy is deemed invalid, it shall not affect the legal validity of other provisions. Disputes arising from this Policy shall first be resolved through friendly consultation between the parties. If consultation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the People's Court at the defendant's location.

Our Privacy Protection Commitment

Minimum Necessity Principle: We collect only the information necessary to achieve the functions of this application and do not collect personal data unrelated to its functions.
Local Processing Priority: Sensitive information such as user photos and facial features is processed locally on the device, and generated content is also stored locally on the device;
No Misuse of Information: Collected data is solely used for generating creative effects and optimizing functional experiences. It is not utilized for commercial marketing, user profiling, or any other unstated purposes. AI facial analysis data is not employed to evaluate or predict individual user traits;
User Control: We provide clear avenues for permission withdrawal and data deletion, safeguarding your right to self-manage your personal information.

Scope and Methods of Information Collection

We strictly adhere to the principles of "lawfulness, legitimacy, and necessity" in collecting information. All information collection is solely for the purpose of enabling this application's functionality, as detailed below:

Information You Actively Provide or Authorize

Basic Preference Information: Non-mandatory details you voluntarily provide when using specific features, such as selected birth year or gender. This information is used solely to adjust feature parameters and AI algorithms, stored only locally on your device, and can be directly modified on the corresponding feature page.
Photos and Facial Feature Information To enable core features such as time-space transformation, facial prediction, cartoonization, gender conversion, and aging/de-aging, you must authorize this application to access your camera or photo library:
Camera Access: Used for real-time photo capture and special effects generation. Image data generated during capture is processed temporarily only on your device. Original captured content is deleted immediately after effects are applied and is neither stored nor uploaded.
Photo Library Access: Used to read and edit photos you actively select from your device's existing library. It does not batch-scan or store other unselected photos in your library.
Facial Feature Analysis: Utilizes AI and machine learning to perform temporary facial feature analysis locally on your device. This is solely for generating corresponding effects. All facial feature data is deleted immediately after analysis and is neither retained, uploaded, nor shared with any third parties.
User Support Information: If you contact us via email or other means to report issues (e.g., feature malfunctions, usage questions), we may collect information you voluntarily provide, including: contact details (e.g., your email address), problem descriptions, and relevant screenshots. This information is solely used to resolve the reported issue and is not linked to other usage data within this application.

Payment-Related Information

This application offers paid features. The payment process is completed through the in-app purchase interface provided by Apple Inc. We do not collect or store any payment information, including but not limited to credit card numbers, bank card passwords, transaction details, or payment account information. Apple Inc.'s processing and protection of payment information are governed by its official privacy policy, which you can review via the following link: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/.

Information Automatically Collected by This Application

During your use of this application, we anonymously upload and record certain usage behavior data via standard network protocols. This data does not contain personally identifiable information and is solely used for service optimization, improving product experience and service content, enabling personalized feature recommendations, maintaining system operational quality and stability, and preventing improper use and violations. All data is anonymized and cannot be linked to your personal identity.

Photo and facial feature data: Used to generate various creative effects. All processing occurs locally on your iOS device. Only the final effect you choose to export is saved; no original source material or intermediate processing data is retained.

Device Compatibility Data: Used to optimize feature compatibility across different versions and device models, preventing effect crashes caused by hardware differences.

Function Optimization and Troubleshooting

Automatically collected usage behavior data: Analyzes high-frequency feature demands and identifies failure scenarios to fix bugs and enhance functional stability;
User support information: Addresses specific issues you report and summarizes common problems to enhance the app experience.

Essential Notification Pushes

Notifications are sent only in the following essential scenarios (requires your notification permission authorization):

Such as feature update alerts and user support responses.

You may disable notification permissions at any time via your device's "Settings > Notifications > PPAI" menu. Once disabled, you will no longer receive non-essential notifications.

Prohibited Uses of User Information

When using information collected or generated by this application, you must not engage in the following activities:

Infringing upon others' lawful rights and interests: including but not limited to using photos of individuals without their authorization to generate AI-created content for dissemination, or using AI-generated content to forge others' images or disclose their privacy;

Violating laws, regulations, or public order and morals: including but not limited to using AI-generated facial content for fraud, defamation, dissemination of obscene information, or other activities harmful to public interests;

Exceeding entertainment purposes: including but not limited to using AI facial analysis results as a basis for evaluating others, or claiming to third parties that such results possess legal validity for fortune-telling, medical diagnosis, or similar purposes.

Disclaimer

The features provided by this application, including but not limited to AI facial analysis, AI simulation of future children's appearance, and AI past-life image generation, are for entertainment purposes only. They possess no legal, medical, fortune-telling, or scientific predictive validity. The generated results are based on AI algorithmic simulations of input photos and do not represent actual circumstances or future trends;

You should view AI results rationally and must not use them as a basis for life decisions (e.g., marriage, career choices), medical judgments (e.g., health assessments), or evaluations of others. Any losses (e.g., poor decision-making, disputes with others) arising from misunderstanding or misuse of such results shall be borne solely by you, and we assume no liability.

We shall not be liable for compensation or re-generation of results if AI outputs deviate from expectations due to factors including photo quality (e.g., blurriness, excessive obstruction), device system limitations, or AI algorithm iterations.

Information Sharing and Transfer

We strictly limit the sharing and transfer of information. We do not proactively share your personal information with any third parties and only do so under the following statutory or agreed circumstances:

Information Sharing

1. Legal or Administrative Requirements: When required by laws, regulations, judicial proceedings, or legitimate requests from government agencies (e.g., regulatory investigations), we will provide only the necessary information within the scope of the law to the relevant authorities and require the recipient to maintain confidentiality.

2. Third-Party Service Support Certain technical support functions of this application may be outsourced to third-party service providers. We only provide them with de-identified, non-personally identifiable information, including: encrypted device models, anonymized feature usage frequency, and fault logs. We enter into confidentiality agreements with these third-party service providers, explicitly requiring:

Use the information solely for the agreed-upon technical support purposes and for no other purposes;
Implement industry-standard security measures to protect information and refrain from sharing it with other entities;
Immediately delete all relevant information upon service completion.

3. The currently integrated third-party SDKs are listed in the appendix to this agreement.

4. Protection of Legitimate Rights and Interests: In urgent situations to protect you, other users, or public interests, we may share necessary de-identified information with relevant parties, and such disclosure shall be strictly within the scope permitted by law.

5. If you wish to delete de-identified information we have shared with third-party service providers, please contact us via email at [onecleaner628@gmail.com]. We will endeavor to coordinate with third-party service providers to delete the relevant information, but cannot guarantee that deletion will be completed. We will provide you with feedback on the coordination results.

Information Transfer

We do not transfer your personal information unless one of the following circumstances occurs:

In cases of corporate restructuring, merger, acquisition, bankruptcy liquidation, or other corporate asset changes, where your information will be transferred as part of the transferred assets to the transferee. You may revoke granted permissions at any time via your device's "Settings > Privacy & Security > PPAI";
Anonymization: Automatically collected usage behavior data undergoes anonymization before upload, removing all identifiers that could recognize devices or individuals (e.g., encrypted device IDs);
Security Incident Response: In the event of a personal information security incident, we will immediately activate emergency protocols, implement remedial actions, and notify you via in-app alerts, email, or other means as required by law regarding the incident details, response measures, and prevention recommendations. Should partial or full service suspension be necessary, you will be notified in advance through reasonable means.

Your Security Precautions

Download this app exclusively through the Apple App Store to avoid third-party cracked versions, which may implant malicious programs to steal local data;
Do not share your device with others or grant other applications access to this app's data.
If your device is lost or stolen, immediately lock it remotely or erase device data to protect local information within this app.

Third-Party Content and Services

This application may contain or link to content and services provided by third parties, including but not limited to:

Third-Party Advertising: Ads provided by advertising service providers may appear within the app. These providers may collect your device information using their own technologies, and such information processing follows their respective privacy policies.

If you are under the aforementioned age, you may not use this application. Data Deletion

Complete Local Data Deletion: Use your device's built-in uninstall function to permanently remove this application and all locally stored information.

Revoke Permissions

1. Device Permission Revocation: Go to "Settings > Privacy & Security > PPAI" to disable camera, photo album, notification, and other permissions. After revocation, this app will no longer collect information under the corresponding permissions, but it will not affect the lawful use of previously collected information.

2. Shared Authorization Revocation: If you previously consented to sharing anonymized information with third-party service providers, email [onecleaner628@gmail.com] to request termination of sharing. We will immediately notify the third party to cease usage and provide processing results within 15 business days.

Response to Requests

To safeguard your and other users' information security, we may request identity verification materials (e.g., the email address used for feedback, device model) before processing your inquiry, correction, or deletion requests. Processing will proceed after verification is completed.
We may lawfully refuse your request under the following circumstances:
